Familiar Workshop is a collaboration between artists, artisans, designers, clients, and participants. Focused on creating hand crafted experiences, our expanded studio is dedicated to developing objects and environments that are rooted in place. The artists and designers of Familiar Workshop seek to highlight the unique relationships between people, nature, and animals. The needs of each element can coexist in built environments that respond to vernacular characteristics or through interaction with carefully crafted objects and experiences. Our work includes:
